About Dana
Dana Peterson is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and real estate investment specialist, with focused expertise in helping clients build wealth through property acquisition and well-structured mortgage plans. As a Washington State Mortgage Broker for more than 17 years, Dana received his advanced qualification as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist in 2007. Dana is a Veteran and attended Bellevue Community College, he maintains continual education in all aspects of real estate investing, tax and financial planning. Dana founded and built his own successful independent mortgage brokerage, Lender Network, Inc., helping hundreds of clients develop solid mortgage plans. Dana recently sold and merged his business with Cobalt Mortgage in 2005, the largest privately owned mortgage banking company in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to running his own mortgage brokerage business, Dana was a General Manager for Old Seattle Lending Group where he hired and trained loan officers among other duties. As a highly-requested public speaker, Dana frequently hosts seminars on real estate planning, foreclosure property investment, and mortgage planning.
